What? Windows 7 hasn't expired at all, Microsoft is still supporting it through some programs, and is still issuing updates (at least for Pro versions). I'll keep it as long as I can, to avoid all the bloat and nonsense they added in Windows 10 (though it has some nice features too).
Anyway, the startup problem is also happening on Pro versions of Windows 10 from what I read in the forums.
