I feel like the majority of points are valid, reasonable, and practical. There are some points that deserve special attention, and these are:

6. YEES fuck this shit I hated it back in DOS2 and I hate it now what the fuck is wrong with you what the hell why keep the trap after it sat off only to make me annoyed and miserable?
9. every action that can only affect self should activate once you click on it. everything else is just stupid and annoying design.
24. Item interface is something many developers struggle with, but there have been better systems in other games. don't bang your head against the wall Larian.
about the second list:
15: I was actually quite vocal in my hatred for random encounters. However, your idea here is quite brilliant. you kill two birds with one stone - add random encounter and prevent players from abusing camp rest.
