I am noticing that the dice roller doesn't always work correctly even when the bonuses are added in correctly. Sometimes I roll the number with guidance added in and hit it right on the dot and it says I fail. Other times I roll and I miss the target number and it says I passed. Am I the only one that has this issue? I assume its a glitch they are working on - at least I hope they are.

This is a known bug. Guidance rolls twice:
once before the actual check is made, when the bonuses are shown.
And another time when the dice is actually rolled.

Thus, if the "pre-roll guidance" rolled a 4, but the "during-roll guidance" rolls a 1, the DC for the check goes up which can lead to a fail even if you rolled the displayed target #.

Again, this would be solved if Larian added your bonuses to the roll instead of subtracting bonuses from the DC

It's just the Guidance bug. Right now there's a bug in how Guidance displays its bonus. In other words, it's inconsistent. In my screenshot above, the ACTUAL DC is 15, and my ACTUAL roll is 1d20+8, because I'm actually getting +3 from Guidance. But the game is applying a different roll of the Guidance die to every place it displays, so the game is showing the "target" of 9 as if the Guidance rolled a 1. This is why there are tons of screenshots on the Reddit of people failing rolls where they actually rolled high enough to meet the displayed target, or succeeding on rolls where they actually rolled lower than the displayed target. It's because the displayed target is not showing the ACTUAL amount of Guidance bonus.
