For the dragon armour, try the dialog file from
FIX for broken Imp Council Member quest (see reply to original post).
Why do you need back into the castle treasure room? You can get back into the castle by tossing a teleporter stone past the guards, or just by clicking inside again (right away) after they stop you from entering (they will not be quick enough to stop you the second time).
