Thank you for all your help. I wanted to get back into the treasure room for the piece of the dragon armor i did not grab. i have been going through the sewers to get in but it is locked. I will try the charge method.
Also, I looked everywhere for the chest and to be honest i bet i put it into my inventory and placed it somewhere... so i really might have missed out.
