I have killed Minthara 1st, no one else triggered. Talked with her 1st and positioned my group before attack. Killed both clean and swift. Then time came for Gut to make space for a new priestess. Dror Ragzlin was the last and attacking him turned rest of them hostile. Mind you, I have done it before patch.
