The only things I can see them letting us change would be their ability scores, starting spells, and maybe skill proficiencies.
That would be way more than nothing, but I think subclasses aren't a problem too. About models I think it's impossible if there are in videos.
I think it would be ok for dialogs and other cutscenes.
