yes i agree, ritual spells should be included in my opinion, and not expend spell slots, wizards used to get a lot more spell slots, im thinking of NWN 1, and i think BG 1&2 i think got a lot more to compared to 5E (and more spell slots the higher inteligence), in 5E D&D in my opinion to get around the low spell slots they included ritual spells. i have also made a post here:
