I only released this when I was having trouble with the hobgoblin in the goblin camp without boom barrells trying to solo it. (dror something or another)

6th attempt, went invis, and shoved a caster by the spider pit into the spider pit.

Problem solved. waited for combat to start. Except it did not.

Pushing does not break invis.

so I pushed all of the npcs, including the hobgoblin, into the spider pit, without breaking invis.

I haven't tried it anywhere else, but, in theory, any place that has a ledge, you can push, and you can invis a char and either kill everything, or you can corrall them into a pit and rain death on them from above.

This reminds me of early BG 1 with surrounding Drizzt with 20 summons, and flame arrow death from safety.

In any case. I mention it to point out to devs so that they can fine tune what is turning out to be a very promising combat system, and a involved turn based game.

kinda fell like "the invisible man" super hero from DC uh ?

the problem is not really the GODLIKE powerful spell , but its the WONKY AI not seachring...

I mean .. blind combat is a thing....

pretty much. Yeah. Still EA though. And devs might patch.

Yeah, if you're soloing, you can kill everyone in the shattered sanctum with "ranged attack+hide" every round as well, but it takes a loooooooong time when there are 20+ enemies active in combat, each spending 6 seconds doing nothing at all ( the cost of being cheesy, I suppose ).

Any type of stealth or invisibility is cheese mode with this AI. They need to search for us, run away, or find cover.

even with that. If you attack and leave stealth, you have to restealth. And they have passive perception and can see you.

When i was shoving things around with invis, I failed alot of stealth checks.

I wasn't even stealth. I think it was for the noise aspect.

But push does not exit stealth.

Soooo..... pushed everyone off cliffs. Fight over.

I don't feel like invisibility is powerful at all.. you literally can't do anything without it going off you..
