I got into the zhent hideout. Save. Move forward. Dialogue. Traps disabled.
Get to the bottom, and clicked a oil barrel.
Oops.
Now they want to attack.
Didn't mean to click it, but it happened
So reload and restart.... now there isn't a dialogue option....
