1. Underdark-Hunters Mark remains permanently after Duergar that cast it dies and the battle ends.
2. Underdark-Myconid Necromancer (can't remember his name but wants to take over the colony) died, as well as all of his minions. The icons are permanently attached to the Player Characters portrait and will not go away even after logging out, changing areas, etc. They still remain as part of the party even in inventory.
3. While in camp, Scratch the dog decided to randomly go hostile. Had to put the dog down.
4. While in camp, after Scratch came, Gale became hostile and had to knock him out. He recovered after this.
5. Climbing up a vine ladder on the way to the petrified Drow, party members fall into the abyss for no reason.
