Just had a bug where upon summoning an imp (familiar) as a warlock all companions lose -5 standing towards the imp everytime you respawn it. This meant on rest at some point they ambush the imp and as the imp is you.....Just had an epic fight and lost all companions, good job I had all the pots. Pretty fun but it has knacked the run though because it saved like half a game ago. I have had this bug before but didn't know what happened, I thought I was just being too much of a dooche.
