I level up Gale to lv4.
I want to increase int by 2, but I cannot change the stat bonusses. ( int and con in this case).
Pressing - (the minus button) does nothing in both cases.
It looks like the minus button gets pressed (though nothing happens) and I can select a feat.
I could change the stats however I wanted for my main char and shadowheart and I used the default stat bonus for Astarion.

You should be able to increase whatever stats you want for every char up to a value of 20.

Edit:
Now I could change it.
You could change it in the normal level up screen.
When you press the button to select feats you can still click the +- stat buttons, but nothing happens.
Either there should be no +- stat buttons in the feat selection screen or they work when you see them.
