My largest number was 205.
I was sneaking in the cave and shoved the spider queen down from the pillar into the underdark.
It was not intended, but it fell into a hole at the bottom of the cave.
This gave 20EXP and if it has loot I will never know. (unless I kill it in a different way in another playthrough).
