Shoved Off Myconide Colony in Underdark by "Hook Horror" beast. Cannot Respawn. Reproducible with Player One throwing Player Two into the dark abyss. They also land in camp.

See dead bodies in camp screenshot below. Also breaks the game because you can not go back to revive them or do a long rest.

If you select the alive characters, can you still travel to the camp by using the Camp waypoint that appears when you open the map?

Yep I had this. You need to fast travel to camp, rez them and then you can rest or go to another fast travel point.

It won't let me fast travel to the camp. Hard broken.

Well, the bodies have to go somewhere... Too bad that doesn't work with enemies, I would be shoving all of them I could into dangerous landscape, especially that damned hag and the phase spider queen.
