Bug from today
Afrer saving Karlach I can't finish her quest. Journal says to tell her about killing the cultists - so I did. The quest itself is marked as finished in the journal but the conversation with Karlach about the cultist is stuck on repeat and I can't progress with her further. I can have the conversation with her about the cultists time and time again and nothing changes. And on top of that her square quest marker on the map is still present.
