Of all the Origins in the game, only Shadowheart has the same dream as the generic PC: unknown person you are attracted to.
Doesn't Shadowheart have a canon lover? I believe I read that somewhere.
You probably misunderstood her "someone I'm very attracted to" line she mention after her tadpole dream #2 to mean it's someone she knows. That person is no different than the 2nd character we customize as a custom PC.
I did write a theory that she might be fantasying about Ketheric there, but I dropped it after datamining their first meeting in the game as Shadowheart doesn't recognize him.
