Patch 8.3.7 was indeed released in July 21 ... but its content (prepatch event) was inactive until 2 weeks ago ... So, exactly as i said ... 3/4 year of one patch, maybe almost whole year.
I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are!
