hmm, if you follow the orcs up the ladder immediately after giving them the slasher they attack you on sight... i'm not too sure if it's advisable to try killing smiruk that way thou... you enter a small screen loaded with a BUNCH of orcs and crossbow orcs...
course if it's possible for you to take on that many orcs at once, go ahead! 'd be tight to get both the xp for retrieving slasher and killing smiruk + company (+ even more company at his camp)
