What I meant was that something just being old or new is no reason to copy it.

I was just saing that back then it may have ben concidered top quality, bcs graphic limitations they had back then ... i dont see any reason to create the same ugly thing now, when we dont need to ... especialy since curent menu is quite nice.
Maybe bars could be a little bigger, but otherwise Larian is creating another game, not remaster. So i would let them to have some signature there. :-/
You know, the "it's 2020, so X" argument without giving a single reason for WHY "X" is better.
You kinda cant give reasons for stylism ... since its strongly individual ... it is better, means it looks better, that is reason enough for me.
