I can understand this when the game forces such a thing on you (TW2's very intro), but at no point are you forced to romance anyone in this game. At worst, you are meant to create your dream waifu/husbando at the start, but no titties involved there. Also, the game is rated M for a reason. Even if there was no nudity, or graphic sex init, it would still have something that clearly isn't meant for kids.
