I didn't talk to Shadowheart on ship and in front of the ruin, but in the grove. I didn't invite her to join though. I was waiting for the cut scene that she show up in camp.

Then suddenly her tent show up in camp, and during long rest, she was already making herself comfortable ... no cut scene, no dialog, she is just ... there?!

Anyone seen this?

Not with Shadowheart but did once with Wyll. He was randomly in my camp after defeating the goblins, even though I had never talked with him before. Freeloaders.

This is a bug. She showed up in my camp as well like that. When I spoke to her I got dialogue options as if I had already met her (solo run, had spoken to none of them.) I reloaded and ignored her, then on the second long rest after this I got the dialogue I was supposed to have with her showing up uninvited.

Still interested in if this happened to anyone else with the others (besides Wyll now.)

The only time she showed up uninvited for me, she was violent.
