Following my game update to start playing with Patch 3 I was prompted to update my Nvidia Graphics drivers. I duly did this and since that update my graphics are very pixelated. I have tried switching between Direct X11 and Vulkan but it made no difference.
Is there a fix for this problem?

Solved the problem.
The graphics had automatically optimised themselves after the update. Reverting to a lower setting has allowed me to continue playing.
