I guess Act 2 will probably be the city of Baldur's Gate itself and/or its surroundings. That would still leave quite a lot of potential content to be added to Act 1, such as the Mountain Pass, the Moonrise Towers and new areas in the Underdark (the Duergar Camp and
the Shar temple with the Nightsong)
