My character (Female Half High Elf and dream character is Half High Elf Male) is not in the last dream sequence and the other Character (Dream person) is floating above the ground and off to the right.
I've tried reloading, quitting game and logging back in, removing all items from inventory
Game is on Steam playing on pc

So...My resolution is 3840x2160 and I changed it from 30Hz to 23Hz and the dream worked perfectly.
Then tried again to double check and it glitched.
Changed it to 30 and applied then back to 23 and applied the change. Dream worked.
So, switching it back and forth seems to do the trick.
