I don’t know about that scene specifically, but there has always been custom player voiced dialogue in the game. Not many, but I usually see 2 or 3 in any run of the game. The first time you visit camp is easiest to see.
I haven’t had a chance to play yet, but I’m excited if they are adding more voices dialogue.
Yeah there's always been banter with floating text while walking around in the world, but this was fully voiced cutscene. Haven't seen that before.
