I went into the room with the mindflayer cut scenes, the mindflayer eating the brain out of a cambrion, at the beginning of the game.
Dialogue started - get to the transponder.
I had my character, and the mind flayer, and lae'zal in the party.
for some reason, lae'zal was not pulled into the conversation.
So I swapped characters using the menu, hoping to proc it to move forward.
Lae'zal was able to free roam.
As I moved her close, she went into combat, while my other chracters were still stuck in conversation that was not moving forward.
