Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Suggestions & Feedback [spoiler]Why is getting into the Underdark a nightmare?

I'm serious I've tried everything to get into the under dark via the well in the Blighted village. It's so dark in there that even with lighting spells you can barely see shit. Not to mention that it's confusing and the 3 plus minute load times are ridiculous There has got to be an easier way to get in. as this is what frustrates folks about names. After all aren't they suppose to be fun? I'm not saying that they should be super easy but Hell you made it next to impossible to get into.
Is there an easier way other than that damn well that won't take forever and a day to get into the area?
