There has got to be an easier way to get in.
There are 3 enters to Underdark ...
I dint have problem with light in any of them so far. O_o
And spider matriarch is perfectly killable with level 3, you just need to use a little more tactics than stronger and better equipped characters ... after all, underdark is dotted with the bones of careless and unprepared adventurers.
