Many great points made here, I'll list the ones that I agree with completely.

- What in the world is the formula of "surprise" happens sometimes when I want it too. While sometimes it happens to members of my team while I'm doing the ambushing.
- When fight mode starts (turn based mode) everything in the world should enter turn based too. If I'm exploring the blighted village while I got another companion sitting in the Grove. Its turns based movement for all! Promotes either my guy fighting for his life or retreat to take cover until who ever is not around joins the fight thru stealth or rushing.
- Some combination of actions and bonus actions are slightly nonsensical.
- Actions such as shove and even I'll add jumping, is way to OP and easily abused. They should be added as actions and then maybe add with a very minimal 1d4 with no damage modifiers.
-The movement indicators could use some more meat to display hoe exactly movement is going to be conducted and we really need to see the area of combat borders around out characters and enemies clearly.
