The Kagha scene is a later one, without a spoiler it's related to the investigate Kagha option. I can play through the conversation but all the characters are still with speech bubbles throughout. *sigh* I'll just have to impatiently wait for the next update, I logged the bug with Larian so I guess there's not much else I can do.
