After saving the goblin Sazza from the tieflings' refugee camp, I got to the point where she introduces us to Minthara and gets sentenced to death by spiders. When she turned her pleading eyes on me in the cutscene, I chose the "I explained everything to her, she's just too stupid to understand" option, and the goblins started walking her towards the giant spider pit. I kinda felt bad for Sazza then, so at the last second I attacked the goblin who was going to push her in.
This started a huge battle with every NPC from Dror Ragzlin's area turning hostile on us. By some miracle I managed to keep Sazza alive through the fight.
After the battle was done, I got a cutscene where Sazza promises to become a hermit somewhere before leaving. My log got updated, saying we managed to save Sazza a second time and that she really owes us now.
Later I decided to explore the spider pit, and I still found Sazza's dead body down there.
