There are certainly databases of male and female names for all these races and example names are given out in the books - we should have an option based on our race and sex chosen to cycle through random names until we hit one we like in addition to manual typing. As more races are added in, more name sets get added in with them.

We never get over the question why is hunderts of random name generators across internet insuficient. O_o

They aren't in game - and they're relatively simple to implement in game.

Wouldn't mind seeing it in game. But if they are going to implement it, I want a standard "random" option, and a "Tav" randomizer, which simply generates variations of "Tav".
