So... I just played through to that same part and... why did you want to help Sazza? Why change your mind?
She literally pretends you're her friend, brings you to her Drow master, and considers you her prisoner that her master could have fun poking holes into. She is killed for disrespecting a True Soul like yourself.
Now, I'm not much for getting her killed up to that point - but she just betrayed you. What pulls at your heart strings?
