Just a hunch since my understanding is, BG3 caps at level 10, we probably won't see either until later expansions or DLC that extends levels. Staff of Power is usually reserved for levels 11 and up so I guess there's some chance it may show up. But Staff of the Magi is a legendary staff. It'd be pretty OP for a lower level group. I can be wrong and if so I'm sure those better versed than I will correct me.
