Oh, I didn't think of the circlet as being for my PC only. Simply as being for a Mage (whether my PC or Gale). Or perhaps a half-Mage (Eldricht Knight or Arcane Trickster being essentially Fighter/Mage and Thief/Mage made into a single class).
Anyway, I don't think highly of this circlet, and would love to have +1 INT instead, but whatever. I'd rather have a game with good fundamentals (UI, controls, writing, mechanisms) than having no ridiculous equipment.
