So in my current playthrough I reached Wuakeen's Rest Inn, in the High Roads, after the party at the end of the Druid's Lair/Goblin Camp quest line.
No barricade blocking the ingress to the inn, when my Tav talked with the Flaming Fist soldier no hints about the kidnapping only stupor and mourning.
I still haven't reached the hideout with the leader of the ones with the chest to deliver (by the way this time after I killed the gnolls the two adventures talkeò with my party and gave the password for the hideout).
