It has been brought up at least in my feedback,
here (about all action bar actions, not just jump, though it's the most often used), and Alice_Ashpool's feedback,
there, but those were in the middle of big lists, a while ago. I feel as if this came a couple more times. I don't know if there ever was a thread specific to this. And it's probably good to (re)draw attention to this.
