As your comments tend to be thoughtful, I am certain romance and sex is not synonymous with you. But I think A LOT of gamers want the combination. It's the reason why gratuitous sex scenes are becoming more common place in games. The old adage still stands, "sex sells".
It's not just my mind. Romance leads to love, love leads to the union of the souls and bodies. Sure it doesn't have to be, but let's face it, most people do work that way.
I didn't mean that I don't want sex in my romances at all, I just meant that it's not the focus, and I don't simply just want to bang the characters.
It's strange, I enjoy adult games that focus on explicit adult content sometimes, but seeing sex scenes in an rpg like this is just weird. I'd much rather have small moments of closeness, a hand touch, a hug, even just a nudge is much more meaningful in a video game romance than a sex scene imo. Feeling like you're actually getting close to a character instead of just a one night stand.
