The request is ridiculous because I can’t think of a single game studio that provided a toggle to skip gameplay altogether, so Larian is almost certainly not going to give you one. The best you can hope for is a story-mode difficulty.
Console commands have been and still are a feature of various games, but Larian's design philosophy doesn't seem to run that way.
