Maybe. but i had one playthrough where i killed her and her minions INSIDE her room (not in stealth) at the goblin camp and the other goblins didn't see it so...no one else activated. That run, i managed to kill Gut and Minthara in a small skirmish without alerting the entire camp. Besides - the game doesn't act like they're connected like the borg so if i kill outside the camp, then the camp shouldn't go hostile.
