Keep in mind they are linked via the Absolute. Big things like "Those jerks just sold us out!" and "OMG, I'm dying!" probably get shared between them.
You don't communicate with other tadpole hosts from miles away - you do it when they are at a normal social distance. While it might be possible to improve that ability, it seems unlikely.
