Well first of sir I have played D&D Pen and Paper also so I have experience.
"
1. Allow a party of 6 not 4 in 98% of D&D campaigns especially 5e its almost standard to host a party of 6 unfortunately party of 4 is rare and almost non existent now.
"
I do not think this will happen at least not in chapter 1 anymore and doubt it will happen in full release.
They likely would not want to rework the challenge for 6 level party. DOS2 had 4 characters. There are classic D&D books with a party of 4 or less. In addition sometimes you can get help from NPC characters or allies.
I will not get disturbed if they increase party level to 6 characters, but I told that I find it very unlikely they will change such specially to chapter 1 because that would need serious rework of challenge for encounters etc.
I can agree that since BG1 and BG2 had 6 characters it would make sense to have 6 however I do not believe it will happen in this game at least not chapter 1 anymore.

"5. Add all the classes and races that are played in D&D."
I do know that plans is to include all Cleric domains in PHB that might give you an hint what might get added.
I believe we can be content if for release they add all the stuff in PHB (Players Handbook).
An expansion totally separate from release is of course another story what might be added realistically.
In addition maximum level at full release is likely 10 which will of course affect much what need to be added though of course we could example encounter a 15 level NPC.

"6. Many of the quest need to be more balanced some you get no map mark or hints that are relevant so extremely difficult to complete."
I am looking for the challenge level above Normal seriously. I killed all the Goblin leaders (I was level 3 then shortly after that got to level 4) slaughtered whole courtyard of Goblins (as level 4 then) WITHOUT using Druid Halsin help for that on first try no load needed.
That being said. I am all for that players that have problems will also get an Easy difficulty settings at release that Alpha setting is at Normal.

"
13. I enjoy dungeon crawling but a open world is much much much more efficient and fun in my opinion it also is a huge factor in D&D 5e open world is the way to go now days.
"
I do not want this to be open world sandbox game as Skyrim which I hated like all Elder Scrolls games.
Clear quests and sidequests..,
In addition I like Horror theme and loved to go to the Crypt with a level 2 party.
Do not get me wrong. I am not looking for Diablo style Dungeons only stuff.
However fairly big open world is fine and it would be great with a bit more immersion day&night cycles , weather effects etc. as long as it has clear quests and sidequests and not some huge confusing sandbox game like Elder Scrolls.
The rest of your points I have nothing to add to those sir means I am pro for them or neutral.
