"Warrior" (a.k.a. Warfare) will make the skill scale off of Strength.

Additionally, the "UseWeaponDamage" property makes the damage scale with equipped weapons, and the "UseWeaponProperties" property factors in the weapon's damage type. Also note that "UseWeaponDamage" makes a skill a "weapon skill", meaning MUTED doesn't prevent it from being cast.
What if you want to change it into scaling based on an Attribute not currently supported by any Ability?

Such as making Polymorph scaled based on Constitution.

I cannot find whatever the hell is determining what Ability scales with what Attribute.
