No, thats not what I am after AT ALL.

If I wanted to play a fiend, I would be fine with how Tieflings are presented to us since 4e, because its literally a human in a Devil costume.

That is not what I am after in any way shape or form. I am interested in it as a character hook, not the in your face 'you can see me as nothing but a Tiefling' affront that it is now. Its rendered them into a parody.

Tieflings are the only plane touched that were WILDLY changed from what they used to be, that I'm aware of, in some effort to REDUCE diversity, and lock people into a single example of what a Tiefling is.

Its terrible.
