Will the game run on medium settings on my brothers Radeon 6990 4GB (2x2GB)graphiccard?

My brother old desktop computer is:
Intel Core I7 2600K Sandy Bridgy 4 cores 8 thread overclocked to 4,4 GHz.
8GB DDR3 memory
Radeon 6990 4GB (2x2GB)

It does meet minimum system requirements. I do believe it could handle perhaps medium settings
in this game. On the other hand do not know if 8GB RAM is so stable in this game.
FULL HD is the resolution I assume my brother plays games with.

Personally, I have a card just below the minimum requirements, and I play on medium-low settings in FullHD. Setting texture quality on Low makes the game run considerably smoother. Just make sure to enable CAS sharpening, the game looks less ugly that way.

The card is AMD Radeon HD 7950. I get 20-30 fps.

Your graphiccard is clearly slower if we take FULL HD or higher resolution.

My brother plays on FULL HD likely. I believe my brother can enjoy Medium settings FULL HD unless he gets new computer.
