Lae'zel died during an encounter in the golbin camp after being shoved into a pit, after getting out of combat and returning to camp to revive her I returned to where i left off only to see that Lae'zel was dead again in my camp, the revivify scroll was consumed so it worked in the camp. I tried it again and yet she was still dead when I left camp, then I decided to let her leave the party for Asterion to join but this time I suddenly appeared in the druids grove rather than the goblin camp, then I tried to revive Lae'zel again only to get the same outcome as usual
