Actually, yes it does say she's infected. The mind links you make with the non-infected are the ones where you only need to roll a 1 to win them over. With others who are infected, you can see their memories. Plus the game literally tells you she has a tadpole.
I must’ve missed that dialogue chain. Pity. I would have liked companions who weren’t infected. Now I’m starting to suspect this is basically bhaalspawn part two.
