So yeah but Karlach is not infected by a Tadpol I am pretty sure of it.
We do not know wether she was in that other "prison capsule" we found later on near the bridge leading to the ruined Village.
Or even if she used this like an ODST (lol) to ... haha "helljump" her way out of there ^_^
maybe she used that think correctly by mistake without any Mindflayer intervention.
