You'll find them, if they don't find you first... Muahahahahahahahaaahaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
The quests in RiftRunner might still be breakable, but they should have learned about how to prevent that now. I doubt there will be (too) many bugs. But remember that this is a new game, not an expansion.
I think it will be playable.
